We offer a traditional single pack Polyurethane (PU) Industrial Floor Coatings. vernicci industrial polyurethane floor coatings are available as a comprehensive range of gloss colours and can include bespoke colour requirements. We also offer an aggregate (a grit of either medium or coarse grade) to ensure a non slip surface. One pack Polyurethane Floor Paint is a light to medium duty coating generally used on dry, clean, fully cured older concrete surfaces. It is designed for interior everyday use. These coatings are usually applied by Roller or brush or even just poured and spread.  Where a more durable heavier duty and longer term solution is required then vernicci supply two component Industrial Epoxy Floor paint coatings. We now have a solvent free version of this material. Two pack floor paint is generally used in areas of high traffic including forklifts, vehicular access eg for warehouses. It is also the first choice where concrete is dry but relatively new. 2 Pack products have to be chemically cured with a catalyst. It is important that the substrates are clean, dry and free from oil and water prior to application. As with any two pack material temperature and airflow is a major factor in the successful through curing of these products. Please read the Technical Data Sheets carefully. The coverage can vary enormously by how you apply the material. Aggregates are available to facilitate a non slip surface but can affect the coverage of the material.
