 vernicci industrial acrylic paint coatings are made to a high standard. They are mostly two component materials and so require a hardener to chemically cure the paint coatings. Chemically cured industrial paint coatings are generally more durable and have better resistance to the elements. As with any paint coating (not just industrial paint coatings) always refer to the Technical Data Sheet before use. Always mix industrial paint coatings thoroughly with a wide long paddle or similar ensuring the product is fully dispersed. Many pigments used to make your paint coating's colour are small in quantity and need to be thoroughly mixed through the entire height of the paint tin.
Material Safety Data Sheets MUST be consulted to ensure the continued good health and safety for you and people around you. A safe environment to spray paint coatings is preferred and for best results temperature and air flow are major factors, see the technical data sheets. We would always advise that full Air Fed masks are worn when applying two component materials.Refer to the HSE's website for futher information. Know the risks involved with two component materials.
